Molly Mackey, MBA, CPTD
Founder & Chief Learning Officer
Molly J. Mackey is an author, speaker and trainer of leaders. She is the founder and chief learning officer of the LEAdeRNship Institute. Molly has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Certified Professional of Talent Development from the Association of Talent Development.
Molly spent many years as a training director for a healthcare and human service company and understands the unique challenges healthcare leaders face. She currently works with healthcare teams all over the country to improve leadership performance.
